Either one that you've seen or in the history of the program.

We have an absolute terrible b-ball history. Going back a few years when we went into Phog and beat KU when they were ~top 5. It ended an ungodly home winning streak for them. Not the greatest, but one that sticks with me.

I’ll also throw in a very different game. We boat raced UNC by 21 (wasn’t even that close) in the round of 32 a couple years back. They were a 2 seed.

The 07 title game. Anything less than repeating as champs would've been a failure. That was a great Ohio State team and they had all the motivation since we had blasted them in the regular season.

Yep. 7 first round draft picks. We couldn't stop Oden and Conley. Our balance and experience was just too much though.

Florida 2017 to advance to the Final Four just out of sheer magnitude of the win.

Kentucky 1996 SEC Tournament.

Arguably Cincinnati or Connecticut that year is bigger.

But this game was bigger imo for 2 reasons. 1. It gave us the SEC Tournament Title over a team many consider the greatest Kentucky team of all time. 2. It gave us the confidence we needed to make our Final Four Run .

February 11, 1978. In the game all five LSU Starters had fouled out. The game went to overtime and LSU’s bench went on to win 95-94 in the PMAC. Amazing game. I was there.

That Kansas win from last year has become one of the most satisfying due to the Kansas fan that melts almost daily here about it.

Watched that game on TV with my dad. The following week we went to the game at the Summit in Houston where we barely lost to Louisville and Dr. Dunk. David Britton stepped on the inbound line throwing a pass in at a critical time of the game. Ags were probably 2nd best team in the nation that year.

Ahhh... memories.

While ‘96 was amazing and with arguably one of the best CBB teams of all time, I have to think Hall winning in ‘78 after inheriting the program from Rupp was incredibly significant. It put to rest the doubt that Kentucky could be more than just Rupp’s dynasty. That they could be one, if not the, greatest CBB program.

I wouldn't consider it the greatest, but taking down #1 Gonzaga in December 2018 ranks high.

Knocking out #2 Ohio State as a 6 seed in the 2010 NCAAT is the greatest victory in my lifetime. The subsequent loss to Michigan State still hurts.

Probably when we beat Michael Jordan and UNC to advance to the 1983 Final Four before losing to NC State and Jimmy V.

Did it without Nique, too, which I find interesting

That's a good one. College basketball was awesome back then.
