...as Henry is to Fournette. Pains me to admit it, but it’s true. Just like Fournette, Tua came with major hype and displayed some incredible physical talent, but just like Henry, Burrow proved to be the better player and won the hardware to prove it. Props to him. Glad he’s gone next year!

Weird psychological defense mechanisms you have, but everyone is different

No instead of actually playing and getting injured he just says he was so he could protect his draft status.

Except Fournette won nothing at LSU. Didn’t make it to New York once for the Heisman. Didn’t beat Bama. No appearances in an SEC title game.

Don’t disrespect Tua like that.

Tua Tagovailoa, not Joe Burrow, is the all time ncaa pass efficiency leader

edit to note that Tua was injured (yet again) in the UT game, which was the 7th game. Through 6 games Tua passed for 27 tds and 1 interception. In Joe's first 6 games he passed for 25 tds and 3 interceptions. Going into the UT game Tua was the favorite for the Heisman according to Vegas odds and most media types.

Joe Burrow had a great year, but a healthy Tua was a little better statistically. Problem for Tua is that his freshman year was his only year to be injury free, and he was behind Jalen till the 2nd half of that title game vs UGA.
