Winning at Mississippi State in the SEC West is easier, right?

Mullen had the worst record against ranked opponents in NCAA history at MSU, but UF fans forgave him because its difficult to win at MSU. Weird they cant use that same logic for WSU.

He's an average coach who has an entertaining personality.
But I'm afraid State is hoping they've acquired much more than they have.
Had they taken the time to do greater due diligence on other candidates ... who knows?

That said, they're excited--and that's what sports should be about.
Good luck and congrats on the new hire, MSU.

Easier than Ole Miss and Arkansas, apparently.

He’s literally the most overrated coach in the country because he gives some goofy sound bites and sports “journalists” cream their pants because he said something about fat girlfriends.

His system will get destroyed in the SEC, and he doesn’t recruit but holy hell its going to be so entertaining watching MSU fans start to hate all of his mannerisms when he starts cratering the program.

No fear here at all. Just stating the facts. You can't argue with them.

It's a good hire for State. And Ole Miss. And the rest of the SEC.

I ain't so sure of all that. I don't think State wins a lot more than they have but they will score and he'll have access to MUCH better defensive talent in state alone, not to mention within 8 hours. His system is a joke in my opinion but it scores a LOT of points and is different enough to be on the opposite end of what GT did with cheating Paul "take their knees out" Johnson.....it'll take some planning to prepare for them that will be different and it'll make them a tough out.

I would try not to schedule any of those teams.

State would have to go undefeated for a season and a half just to get their all-time record above .500.

By comparison, Arkansas would have to lose 212 straight games to be .500.

Might just be me, but it appears easier to win at Arkansas.

Can you remind me again of Kiffin's record against in-state rivals?

Arkansas fans being arrogant again after hiring a 66 year old OL coach is confusing.
