Since the start of 2008, Alabama has only lost four games at home. They were:
- The Cam Newton Miracle Comeback in 2010
- The LSU 'Game Of The Century' in OT in 2011
- The Manziel Miracle play in 2012
- The Swag Kelly/Hugh Freeze magic in 2015
That's it. 78-4 at home since '08
And even those took...
- A Heisman trophy winner
- 5 Missed FGs
- Another Heisman Trophy Winner
- 5 Turnovers; 3 inside our 25 yard line
AND those 4 losses were by a combined 15 total points, and 2 were vs the #1 team in the country.

2007.
Alabama lost as many home games in 2007 (3) than they have 2011-2019.

Good thing we’re coming with a Heisman qb and y’all still have a shitty kicker

Very Impressive and if they lose this weekend, then LSU has Burrow as a Heisman QB.

So Bama's schedule since 2008 only sees them maybe have one game at home they might lose. So basically Auburn or LSU are the only teams, currently, that can threaten this record every other year. Because we know that Bama will not face UGA or Florida on a yearly basis because they have to have that Tenn rival game!
How many of those 78 where against teams below .500? Rent-a-wins? How many were P5 out of conference home-and-home series?
This is a pathetic stat. Alabama is the Clemson of the SEC, arrange a soft schedule, beat cupcakes, pound chest...

This really is a remarkable stat, especially in the SEC. I would say that no one will ever be able to replicate it, but if the ACC can't get their act together, Clemson could make a similar run.
