Chad looks like he knows it's over.

Chad's known its over since San Jose State. The past few weeks he's just been a zombie. I hope we all wake up tomorrow and he's unemployed.

From what I'm hearing and seeing, this isn't out of the question within the next several days.

There's definitely something going on up on The Hill. Maybe Rev can back this up or shoot it down, but there's some rumblings out there.

Personally just from the stuff I'm gleaning, I think WKU is the make or break. He starts KJ and we win and he lives to see another day. Any other outcome and he's gone Sunday or Monday following - especially if he trots out anyone other than KJ (maybe even JSJ) to start.

This is mostly due to Chad knowing and proceeding as if he's done. I've now heard it from multiple people (that would know) that Chad has more or less mailed it in on a personal level, basically quit trying to appease even HY and his attitude is bleak all the time. It's apparently begun affecting players and recruits to some degree.

This is all secondhand fan-speak from talking with my buddies VERY much "off the record," basically just shooting the shite and airing grievances as equal fans; who knows how much their personal feelings weigh what they say. One is directly connected and the other used to be, but still has several old friends that are.

Take it with a grain of salt, I just think it's interesting.

Sounds like firing for cause then. You don't get to quit on the team as long as you have a job here

Don't pay attention to them. Half of them are trying to get a rise out of you while the other half are uneducated, unfamiliar with our potential, and/or think college football history only goes back 5 years.

The older fans that remember what Arkansas used to be and CAN be are the ones that say stuff like "Arkansas should never be this bad" and "I feel bad for them, they deserve better." There are quite a few that recognize that we don't belong this far in the cellar, particularly the older LSU, Auburn and Mississippi school fans.

The Rant is a bunch of young guys that are t-shirt fans of their own teams and probably check out entirely when their team isn't good, they definitely don't know college football as a whole and it's history.
