I think Florida is about to take the East away from Georgia.

Could there be a more perfect blueprint to shut Georgia down?

South Carolina did it, Kentucky just couldnt score. But Florida?

Mullen is a matchup guy who will blast your weakness and then run a cherry-on-top gadget play for 40 yards.

Georgia better figure out how to evolve real quick. The ground and pound win with talent offense is starting to stale.

If the blueprint is hope for 4TOs from Fromm or play in a monsoon (and lose by 21) then it’s gonna be hard to replicate

It's putting their own players to sleep.

SC couldn't really score either, our offense just stunk up the joint.

I'd also like to point out that we outgained them 468-297. We had more rushing yards and nearly doubled their passing yards. Our all-american kicker also missed 2 FGs. As everyone knows though, the big variable was our 4 turnvoers (one for 7 points) to their 0. You're not gonna win too many games even against sunbelt teams wiht that kind of TO margin.

The key is stopping UGs running game. If the Gators can do this, they win by double digits. I believe they can.

31-17 Gators.

South Carolina couldn’t score either. Defense hasn’t been our problem.

A willingness to score and extend drives on the other hand...

I think it's pretty telling that the people picking UF are the same people who's teams have played UF. Georgia is fools gold, and Kirby is the same as Les was. Great talent, average to good coach with a run first mindset.

Georgia's signature win in ND just got destroyed by an average Michigan team. They have played no one else, but still got beat by USCe.

Trask and Florida are getting better every week. I hope UG wins so we won't have to face them again in the SECCG if we get there, but in my mind UF is the better team.

So LSU and Auburn, neither of which have played UGA as a point of comparison.

I’m not saying we’re going to win this game but I’ll be pretty surprised if we just roll over and let Florida have their way the way some of y’all think we will.

For everyone who is writing off Fromm, he was the difference in last year's game. I get that they lost all their receivers, but they have some athletes and it isn't that hard to catch a football.

That said I will take my Gators by a TD if our DE's are healthy, otherwise I think UGa pounds the rock and plays keep away and wins.

AU fans will probably predict us to lose most games and 90% of LSU fans on here probably aren't convinced UGA has even played a game since the matchup in baton rouge last year.

And I mean, what is UF's signature win? An AU team that is a few seconds away from being 5-3 right now? The same team that had a slugfest wiht a pathetic miami team and easily could have lost to kentucky?

I think you can make a case that both teams right now are kind of in that weird in between of potentially being really good to great or potentially being the definition of average. Just depends on which version of each team shows up.

You have beat no one!!! ND just got thrashed by Michigan. You got beat by USCe. UF only loss was to the #1 team in the nation in there house, that was very much in the game until the 4th qrt.

Fromm had a sub 50yrd throwing game. Just face the facts.... You are what LSU was up until this year. A team with talent to beat anyone, but with a dolt as a head coach.

Georgia at #8

They beat Fla, they move up more. Probably win the East, with a long shot to win the SEC Championship. Could you imagine if that happens?

Weird that all the UGA/UF shite talking is coming from LSU fans. This site suffers when LSU is on a bye.

Florida is trending positively but UGA is still a talented team capable of giving anyone a game. All trolling aside, unless it is totally in flukish fashion, it’s hard to see this game being a blowout one way or another.

I don’t blame you. One does the speed limit in a Ferrari, the other plays Franks over Trask and almost loses to Miami and Kentucky.
