I booked a room today for that weekend and was kind of surprised Expedia would let me go that far in advance. This will be my first time in Tuscaloosa and am pumped for it. It will be interesting to see who the starting qbs are for both teams. Who else is coming?

I'll definitely be there. Will be my 7th game in bds although first since all the renovations were done. I'm sure the atmosphere will be insane. It'll be nice facing them while they're breaking in a new qb but sadly well probably be doing the same.

You'll be happy when that new QBs name is D'Eriq King

Got a hotel lined up Thursday through Sunday in BHam. Should be able to manage tickets for Saturday but def will be looking for a parking pass

My in-laws live in Bessemer so luckily I've got free lodging. Not sure what we'll do about parking but I'm sure we'll figure out something beforehand.
Last time I went the quad was still in its Glory (like north campus used to be) but I think I heard it's all corporate now and no regular setups. Not sure on that though.

We’ve got a group going, some of which will drive over to the game Saturday and some who plan to just stay in BHam. We will all probably drove over to TTown and Archibalds on Friday morning and then spend the rest of Friday hanging out in BHam.

RED FLAG RED FLAG RED FLAG

You aren't even married yet, and she's deciding whether or not you are going to this football game.
If you are 38 years old with two little kids, I can see a responsibility at home, etc.
But yall aren't even married....
You need to tell her that you are doing this, and invite her, and if she declines the invitation, you are still going.
There is no "seeing how it goes."
You need to figure this shite out really fricking quick.
If you've already mentioned it to her, you need to figure it out even quicker.
We are here to help you. The rest of your life is going to be mapped out on whether or not you can make this happen. You have a support group here.
You'll have the rest of your life to play house.

I'm beginning to pressure Mrs. Vox to get tickets. Every 5 years, we play on my birthday, and I like to try and go when that goes down.

While I’d love to see Fromm next year, latest CBS Sports mock draft has him going 11 overall to the Titans. So...

You can park at the mall for $10 and ride a bus to the stadium. Not sure if that would be something y’all would want to do, but an option. Not a lot of options around the stadium

I'll have to see how much tickets are going for. If they are around 200 a piece I will try and go. We went through Tuscaloosa a few years ago and enjoyed it. They have great BBQ(Dreamland and a few other spots). We also really enjoyed the Bear Bryant museum. The town outside of the University didn't look that great though. It's pretty cool to check out if you haven't been there. It just feels a lot different than Georgia in middle Alabama.
