Why does Miss St have fans?

How could you possibly cheer for a school that hasn’t ever won a team national championship in anything? The most legendary players to come through your school are Dak Prescott and Jake Mangum, that would make me want to throw up. It really begs the question of why anyone would choose to support that school

We had a bunch more but all the ones doing stupid crap like throwing toilet paper in trees we shipped to Auburn

They probably have more of an affiliation with MSU than you ever will with Auburn.

Cause I'm not a sorry sack of shite who's existence is based on the successes of 18-22 year olds.

How can you cheer for a team that has constantly played second fiddle in their own state?

Is this directed at State or aTm?

Why does Miss St have fans?
Because we have an alumni base, and ours doesn't consist of reject Alabama fans that settled on going to Auburn.

Because some of us actually cheer for the university in which we have a degree

Being a fan for championships is called being a sidewalk fan, 101

I really could not be rooting for any team more than I am for Moo State this weekend. Put Tiger Eagle back in his place. Please, for all of us.

I mean I would rather be a Mississippi State fan than an Ole Miss fan. At least Mississippi State has a final four and a bunch of CWS appearances over the years. Their football team has also played in Atlanta unlike Ole Miss. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

My parents both went to Auburn. I went to Auburn games throughout my life. I loathe the University of Alabama.
I assumed all of my life I was going to Auburn. My junior year of high school, I took my college days to Auburn. Told everyone I was going to end up there.
My senior year, I toured UAB. That tour gave me a little bit of hesitation in my Auburn decision. Not necessarily UAB - but my friends were looking at different schools and I never considered anything but Auburn.
Mississippi State had been sending me information, and I took a weekend and checked it out. I loved it. My parents loved it. My parents even said they had no idea how great MSU was. The scholarship offer that MSU gave me waived the out of state fees and covered tuition. I took one more visit and decided MSU was the place for me.
My freshman year, I went to JHS for the MSU-Auburn game and I was a little torn. I had cheered for Auburn all my life. But State beat that arse 20-0 and that changed that.

So a quarter of your posting history is dedicated to this shitty troll attempt on Mississippi State?

Why would any person from Alabama support Auburn over Alabama?
