Is the Texas Taco Meat Cows Stadium as intimidating as some SEC stadiums?

After USC's game at Texas last year, several Trojans fans had commented that while their fans got loud and excited, it was nothing compared to several stadiums those fans had visited before.
Long time USC fans and former players who played in the game will tell you that the toughest and most intimidating place the Trojans have EVER played in was:
LSU's Tiger Stadium. The date: 9/29/1979. USC vs. LSU.
I was there. Trojans won, 17-12, but it was downright deafening and our players said they were fortunate to come out of that game alive and with a win.
Other SEC stadiums that would rate as more intimidating than Texas would be in no order, Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. Haven't been to A&M, but there's no question A&M's stadium would be more so than Texas'.
The loudest Texas can get will only be about half the decibel level that would come out of Tiger Stadium. LSU fans...no earmuffs will be necessary for this game.

DKR is quieter and shittier than at least 10 SEC stadiums.

I don't know that Neyland is still an intimidating place to play

USC hasn't given us a home/home opportunity since. We have UCLA in 2024, Clemson in 2026, OU 2028, and Arizona State in 2029 lined up though.

You have any proof of this?

If by some you mean Vandy, Mizzou, Kentucky, and Ole Miss sure.

DKR will be the tamest stadium LSU plays in all season.

They show up late and leave as soon as they are two TD's down.
Stadium will belong to LSU after the first quarter.

I assume that all of this talk about how intimidating Tiger Stadium is means that the LSU fans have given up hope of winning in Austin and are just counting on payback next year.

Nope.
I just wish that we would have finished the south end zone before this season started.
It is an eyesore.

I have been there once and it was pretty weak. Not a great game so that understandable but it was a conference game and you would expect a certain amount of cheering.
I will say this.
The stand at Tiger Stadium are steep. As a result you are pretty close to the field where ever you sit.(if you have ever watched from the upper decks you feel like you could fall onto the field if you slipped)
Texas Stadium is much less steep, and as a result, you are farther from the field. So the its a lot less contained.
my 2 cents

The DKKKR Stadium experience is the most exciting Sunday Service you will ever attend. Get ready for periodic moments of silence and quiet reflection.

Hang 14 unanswered points on the nutless bovines and the stadium gets quiet, except for screaming at the coaches...Hang 21, and the few left will be booing their own players. LSU lets them hang around until the 4th..then you will see loud obnoxious T-shirt fans at their worst.
