No doubt they’ll get decimated by UGA, LSU, Mizzou, and Auburn. Probably lose to UofSC as well. That performance was Pop Warner level. Y’all talked trash all season for this?

As much as I want to argue with a dog; their QB is average at best. CB arent very talented. Their OL looked average. SEC DLs will eat their RBs. Gonna be a long year.

This thread is warranted. UF May or may not be as bad as they looked last night but they sure ran their mouths all off season about Georgia Georgia Georgia... then they go and straight up embarrass themselves in their first game. Time to pile it on them until they prove otherwise.

Appreciate the interest in our program.
UF has been in qb purgatory for almost a decade. Lost 3 games last season.

Florida looked horrible but they've looked horrible in P5 openers/early OOC games before and cleaned things up. That said, they've got to be more than team RB on offense in conference play.
There's not much to say about their defense given that Miami's OL was so bad and their QB inexperienced. I'd like a better measure of their DL than a blitz-a-thon in those conditions but we won't have that for a while. Their secondary did not look good.

I would say that mutt fans talked a lot more trash this off season, but I am glad Saturday made you feel so good about the WLOCP, but you have a surprise coming. It will in no way be the same Gator team that you saw Saturday night, in Jax.

Let's see how they respond against UK.
No matter what Mullen said after the game,you know he's not happy and they have a couple of weeks to work on their mistakes/short comings.
Like to see how their D-line does against a much better O-line and how Franks responds.If he's on social media the next 2 weeks reading his critics his head is gonna explode along with any chance of improving.

I think Florida has the year I thought they would have last year. 6-6/7-5 and it will be a struggle to get there in 2019.
But in 2020 they will start improving gradually with a small jump in 2021 and then in 2022 and beyond look out as the Gators will be rolling.
That is predicated on an unrealistic fan base having enough patience to give CDM the time he needs to build the program.
