Gahdamn some of y'all old as hell. We need to have an age option on our account info. I'd feel less obligated to argue with a 70 year old.

10th grade for me.
My memory of Georgia’s season that year was SC playing in Athens with what would be George Rogers Heisman Trophy year but Herschel had the highlight of the day. Herschel took a handoff on about Georgia’s 10 yard line, broke past LOS and sprinted 90 yards for a TD. Our safety had a great angle and was closing at about the 40 yard line but Herschel hit another gear, the angle disappeared and he was gone.

I was married and already stationed at Fort Bragg by 1980. I remember exactly where I watching the SC-UGA game in 80. I was over at Pope, on Green Ramp, JMPIing my bird getting ready for a jump up at Suchon DZ up at Fort Campbell and some full bird walked up and I thought he was about to chew my arse for having that little TV out there (we had been on a long weather delay before saddling-up) and instead he asked what the score was and asked me to JMPI him next. LOL ... Colonel Mad Jack Hamilton was his name. Once I got saddled-up he and I sat there leaning on our chutes waiting for the loadmaster to bring us up the ramp into the bird. It was the loadmaster’s little TV. Those AF guys always had all the cool stuff.
