Florida won't be that great next year.

If I had to bet, being a team lead by ole Dapper Dan, they will start off well but lose a game or two they shouldn't down the stretch and wreck their chances in a head scratching manner.

UGA also has a top 3 OL in the country, an outstanding RB and a QB that will likely go in the first two rounds next year.

They have also consistently recruited as well as Bama has the past three years. I think UGA will be one of those teams that will have a lot of new faces step up on both sides of the ball and will be an elite team by the end of the year.

is true to an extent, but where are the X’s and O’s coming from on yalls entire offensive staff? Coley had one failed year with Miami. It’s easy to rely on talent, but if your coach doesn’t have much of a feel for playcalling AND you’re figuring out your new personnel, then there’s some potential issues that can’t be overlooked.

Coley had better offenses from 2013-15 than Chaney did.

We had two head scratching last year. Hopefully the team grew from them and learned you can't sleep on anyone. I still don't think we are favorites though. We have to beat Georgia after two years of them winning the division. Can't just claim it. Gotta earn it. I think we will be a very good team though.

Florida is going to hang 40+ on Miami

Not even close not unless you most of the points come from turnovers and kick returns.

There's still plenty of front line talent on defense especially the back 7...LB group should be excellent.

There isn't a team on the schedule that has the DL to do this until possibly Auburn and then Bama in the title game. That's how much better UGA's Jimmy's are than our regular season opponent's Joe's.

Georgia ran for 189 yards against Florida last year. Good numbers but not great. Florida brings back all of their interior defensive line, their best run stopping DE in Jabari Zuniga, and brought in a former Freshman All ACC guy in Jonathan Greenard to help in run defense.

It’s the same front 7 that stopped UGA for 7 straight goal line plays last year. I don’t think that your OL is so distinctly better than our DL that none of the other factors will matter. Hopefully we are able to force y’all to pass (like we did last year), and this time we have our top 2 corners out there to cover your receivers. I don’t think that your OL will overwhelm us like you believe it will.

So what will it say about Florida when we do? We’re going to overwhelm them with our skill guys and playcalling. Mullen vs a head coach in his first ever game is a huge mismatch. We will beat them something in the neighborhood of 45-14

Georgia also was also without a couple starters on the interior OL iirc.

The refusal to block Zuniga over and over again was coaching malpractice. Extremely poor play design on someone’s part.

Maybe not, but the WRs/TEs won't be inexperienced by the time November rolls around. The front end of the schedule is light enough to give the new faces at WR and TE time to gel with Fromm.

He's Tennercee's problem now.

How many issues did we have replacing Chubb and Michel and wims last year? Then we had OL injuries too.

Still, Not many teams shut down our run game and then stopped us from throwing. That’s a lot easier said than done. How long does it take for a qb to get on the same page with his wrs?

Nothing because your offense won't put up 40+ on 'em.Franks was hot garbage vs anyone with a pulse and Miami will have asuch defensive talent as anyone you play besides LSU,AU and UGA

I'd say the game against you all is definitely our premier home game of the year... Especially since I think you will hold your ranking unlike Tennessee. We just need Georgia to drop a few games along the way!

Damn, just looked at your November schedule.

Florida, Missouri, Auburn, Texas A&M and GT.

Miami's defense was soft as glue vs any real competition. They are not the level of Georgia, LSU, Auburn.

We should comfortably beat them just like LSU did last year. They aren't very good.

The game was decent until we lost our second starting CB(the best in the SEC now Henderson). We had our best safety out as well. So Georgia took advantage of it as they should have. We had very little depth at corner and safety. With Wilson and Henderson being healthy and adding more talent there it won't be quite as easy to throw all over as Georgia did once Henderson went down.

Also don't have the TE you killed us with all game annoying us.

Should be a good game.

Yep, that's where the rubber meets the road. GT will be a lay up, but any of the other 4 could certainly pull off an upset if everything goes their way.

Just a FYI, but the replacement TE, Woerner, is probably a better pass catcher and route runner than Nauta. In fact, 24/7 had him listed as a WR coming out of High School.

LINK

Woerner is not as stout at the LOS though, so that's why Nauta played over him.
