I bet it would be worth looking into moving to Hawaii for some trailer living.

Not everyone is dumb especially since this gets brought up every now and then. I knew SC was #1.

Congrats. Your 2% less mobile home housing clearly shows you are far classier and more upscale than the rest of us

They had a reality show at one point of a trailer park in SC

So, come and get yourself a mobile home. Or don't. I don't care.

I thought Texas was supposed to be so rich they would be last or next to last?
As for me, I like having a mobile home so I can travel more. As I am old I went the Victorian route.
I also did it a bit of my youth with the train cow catcher and the back wheels

We all stop to point and laugh... but it makes a lot of sense.
If you live in a warm state a mobile home is not a bad place to live. Particularly if you aren't rolling in cash. When you add a low cost of living that most warm states enjoy it makes sense if you are living on a fixed income or are just starting out.

Isn't MO #1 in Meth? Probably burned down all the mobile homes making it.

It's now called Manufactured Housing, and is a huge growing segment of home sales.

Texas and Louisiana have much higher homeless rates than Alabama. Mobile homes would be a step up.

Mobile homes don't do so good up north. Too cold for those I guess

Hard to keep the pipes from freezing. They are a warm-weather housing option primarily.
I'd live in a trailer if it was the best I could do, and I had some pretty property somewhere. I'm low maintenance and prefer to spend my money on drinking and fricking.
