Noil was arrested at Bahama Bucks on Saturday and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest:
Saturday at approximately 5 p.m., Noil was asked to leave Bahama Bucks on Holleman Drive by the owner, Joseph Roman, after the former Aggie football player “made an offensive comment to staff members while he was trying to order a drink,” according to the probable cause statement.
Noil refused to leave and Roman called the College Station Police Department, who responded and stopped Noil as he exited the store. He refused to identify himself to the responding officer or give identifying information, according to the report. Noil attempted to walk away from the officer, but was blocked from leaving the conversation by the officer, who stated he was still investigating a criminal trespass incident, according to the report.

Shame. He would’ve been successful had he stayed home and went to LSU. Classic TAMU bust.

We tried our best to save him from the Louisiana roots.

That tweet ruined his career. SAD!

Don’t seem to remember him getting in trouble until he went to college station.

Are you trying to say that the roots are homosexual?
Surely not.
Surely not.

This is exactly why we didn’t want Speedy

So he was arrested for being an idiot. A little bit of compliance goes a long way. He probably would have been let go otherwise.

Might want to put arrested in all caps.
I’m worried people won’t realize this guy is a legitimate crime lord.

No. He was arrested for being a homo and not playing for us. Keep up.
