I just had to have my 10 year old lab put down Tuesday. She literally lost 30 pounds in 31 days. I couldn't get her to eat anything but a little bit of rotisserie chicken over the last week. Cancer sucks. ...

Recruitment allocation is higher than retention. I got fortunate off of someone else's misfortune this past year.
