I need the old Big East to return. That was some great basketball to watch.

Loved Dwayne Pearl Washington. The GTown Syr matchups were amazing to watch.

This is from a rivals recruiting mailbag article, the analyst was asked what 2020 prospects Alabama has a good shot at.
quote:
Alabama is going to finish with a nationally ranked 2020 class, thanks to the positive momentum the Tide have enjoyed with a slew of Rivals150 prospects – unless they miss on practically all of their targets.
Nimari Burnett will take an official visit to the SEC program in September, and Earl Timberlake and Hunter Dickinson also plan to. The latter two are teammates at DeMatha Catholic, and Nate Oats would love nothing more than to keep the lethal duo together for another string of years in college. Circling back around to Burnett, while the chances are minimal, the Tide have pitched the idea of Burnett teaming up further with his good friend and travel and school teammate, Jalen Green, in Tuscaloosa.
Keep tabs, too, on regional prospects Deivon Smith, Rongie Gordon and Colby Jones. They have also invested some time with top-40 wings Cam'Ron Fletcher and Marjon Beauchamp.

Hell yeah! I used to love to watch Big Monday’s on ESPN. They would always have a good Big East matchup and it was good ball to watch.

yea I think those Mondays were ACC game > Big East Game
all that helped ESPN to become what it became for sure

Won’t surprise me at all if he is out leading scorer this year. If I had to put money on it I’d pick Kira but I’d bet on beetle 2nd.
You go by their per 40 minute stats Beetles ppg as a freshman comes out to 24, then 20 as a sophomore, and 23 last year.
Kira’s per 40 ppg last year was 17 points and Petty’s came out to 14.
Beetle is a gifted scorer.

Starting unit:
Kira
JQ(If cleared,Beetle if Not)
Petty
Gary
Rojas
Bench
6th Man: Beetle
Shackleford
Forbes
Reese

I Don’t fricking Know:
Herb-Can’t imagine him not playing but idk who he is better than in my 10 man rotation.

Beetle and Jones will both start. That's just my opinion

Reese has a lot more arch in his 3s. He's always had a good stroke, but I always thought he would always leave his shots a little flat.

Folks seem to put a lot of faith in guys they have never seen play. Hope they are right.

His line drives never left much room for error and the rim was never going to be forgiving.

Don't think I've seen many over the wall predictions, but some of it may just come from more trust in the staff to develop the talent and utilize their skills.
Posted on 6/24/19 at 8:07 am to rcbama
Maybe thats because they have seen the others play?

“I could come in and take over with where Kira is probably going to leave off at. Just be an intricate part of the team’s success. I like Coach Bryan (Hodgson) and they are good coaches over there that have come from Buffalo. I like the system. It is a good opportunity..."
Nimari Burnett

Daishen Nix is a high priority for the Alabama staff. Coach Hodgson traveled to the Section 7 event in Arizona to watch him this past weekend.
