We will all get screwed in NCAA seeding

It doesn’t matter what happens today. The winner of the UK- UT game should get a one seed, but that ain’t going to happen. All SEC teams will get the shaft. This ACC slobberfest makes me sick.

I haven't been keeping with the mid-major tournaments so far--has there been any bid-stealers? I know that VCU lost in the A10 tournament so that may be one.
If there are several traditionally one bid conferences getting two teams in then you're probably correct.

The push for three ACC #1 seeds is absurd. I don’t ever want to hear any other conferences bitch about the football playoff being SEC heavy ever again. Especially the fricking ACC.

Yesterday it was basically a fact that they had to win to get in and if they lost it was less than a 3% chance they made the tourney

UK will get royalty treatment, a win today means automatic 1 seed in the Louisville region, regardless of what happens Sunday. UT needs to win today and Sunday for a 1 seed.
Update: yep... we won, and most “bracketologists” still think UNC (who UK beat) and Gonzaga (who we beat) deserve the 1 seed more than us. fricking lol

They’re not changing anything on Sunday no matter who wins. They’ll already have their seeding by then. And at this point everyone still playing is in the tournament so no one is stealing a bid.
If the SEC gets a #1 seed it’ll go to whomever wins today.

Normally I'd agree, but all three of them are really, really good and they're all deserving of a #1 seed.
Virginia is a completely different team this year with DeAndre Hunter healthy. Duke with Zion is obviously one of the four best teams. UNC is as good as anyone with the way they run their offense.
It won't happen, but if anyone deserves to drop off of the 1 line, it's Gonzaga.
