If you're serious about this I'd be willing to collaborate on this project.

To determine obesity levels you need to determine heights and then estimate weights to get BMIs.

I've already done half of the work with the heights:

Arkansas too high. (Feels odd saying that)

Morris's scrawniness counteracts the Bert effect.
