Saban the new "big game bob"

Since the new format of a four team playoff he has a hard time winning these games. We all know if this has been the pre playoff era Alabama would be been given the trophy without question. All the talent but he struggles in the big games. UGA had them twice. Clemson really should be best them every time. You have to beat them down like Clemson just did just to keep the refs out of the equation. Saban isn't an in game coach. If he can't just put talent you he will not win.

What?
There have been 5 College Football Playoffs. He has won the national title in two of them and made it to the national title in two more (meaning Bama won four semi-final games).
Bama lost, but stop with this sort of ridiculousness.

You're talking about the coach that pulled his all-sec QB at halftime in last year's championship game to put in a true freshman to lead them to a comeback. Saban doesn't get the chance to show it because he's winning most of the time, but he is most definitely a first class game day coach.

For frick's sake. They lost one game. Give it a rest. Maybe after Nickie is past his prime, he can go coach at UofSC where washed up coaches go to die.

2-2 and 5-2 in national title games is not big game Bob. This last coaching performance was terrible though. It was like they expected to get their arse kicked and didn’t prepare at all.
