You never heard of sushi or fish oil? Raw fish is packed with lean protein and a lot of nutrients. Look at the Japanese - There's a ton of them and most look very young despite their age.

This is pretty absurd.
This guy will have this story floating around about him for the rest of his life. He ate a gold fish. That is not a big deal.
