Damn, I've been Facebook friends with her for years. I know one of her last requests was to see her grandkids again. She was hilarious but also a very kind soul. So sad. RIP.

Thoughts and prayers to Tammy's family, especially her daughter who lost her mother and daughter today. It's crazy that I've listened to her on Finebaum for close to 10 years now. Tammy on air was a character and not well liked, but by all accounts Tammy off air was a great lady. RIP and WDE!

Back when I was on FB I was friends with her and at that time she took time to everyday to say happy birthday to everybody that had a birthday that day and she had a couple thousand friends back then on there

Sorry to see this. She was fun to listen to on Finebaum and she loved AU as much as we all love our respective schools and teams. A real character that I’ll miss.

I haven't listened to Finebaum in years and actually hate him. When Leland announced it was Tammy I turned it over to jox and Finebaum was just broken. I felt bad for him. The last hour of his show was just brutal, you knew she had a special place in his heart.
When the regulars would call he couldn't hold it back. Really sad.

It saddens me to hear this news about Tammy and her grandchild. It is tragic. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
