Our defense is worse and your offense is way better.

Your defense is worse, but I don't think our offense is better. Remember we won that game because JJ came in running the option and hurt you guys just enough before Saban adjusted.

I see Bama winning 37-17.

I wasn't comparing the two teams. The superstition comment was personal circumstance and life/work events that are similar. None of which have any bearing on the game, just give me the general uneasiness from an irrational base of fan perspective.

Explain please

Because we're fairly close in talent, Bama has had the benefit of good fortune in 2012 & 2014 (and mulligan NC ) and because we gonna take it.

You should change your username. It’s insulting to the real Sarges of the world. We are old crusty bastards that don’t back down from a fight and we certainly don’t give up before the fight even starts.

You should be named old Lieutenant

LSU fans just want to say they made Tua play the entire game. That will be victory enough.

LSU can absolutely win. Will they? We will see. The talent difference isn't as big as Alabama fans like to think. The juniors on each team made up the #1 and #2 classes in 2016. Coach O has proven to be competent and able to win big games. LSU at home could prove to be the difference. One thing is for sure, if this game goes to the 4th quarter, I'll feel better as an LSU fan than the Alabama fans will, given that LSU has actually played real competition and complete games. Heck, we don't even know if the Alabama started are conditioned enough to play 60 min.

The difference this year is LSU’s whole season isn’t tied to this game. The pressure isn’t there, and I think LSU players play better when they aren’t expected to win.

If LSU and Alabama played every week for the next 10 weeks Alabama would win 10 out of 10.

Having said that any team can win on a given Saturday. The chances of an LSU win are less than 5% - but it could happen and that faint hope is all LSU fans have to hang onto.

Only if the Planets all align Saturday and LSU plays a mistake free game, fueled by incredible Tiger Stadium crowd energy.

I'm also a Realist. I don't think the LSU OL will be able to handle the Bama DL and the Offense will not be able to score enough points to win...…....

Look man, nothing is impossible. Bama can't go on beating LSU for eternity. Just like LSU can't go on beating A&M for eternity. At some point, the favorite will slip up and the underdog will win.

We are the U.S. hockey team, and Bama is the big bad Russians.

Do you believe in miracles???

I truly believe all of this. Except the part about A&M ever beating LSU.

Yes! Did anyone honestly think Purdue would curb stomp OSU?
