Do you think Fromm should remain the starter with most of the playing time

or

It's time for Fields to get a chance to prove himself.

They should let Fields throw the ball.

My thoughts are that no one has the right to play as shitty as Jake Fromm did yesterday and continue to play.

Fields should start.

Fromm couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat yesterday, yet the coaching staff seems hell bent on riding with him all the way to a shitty Florida bowl game.

I can't sit here and tell you with 100% confidence that Fields is better right now, but Stevie Wonder would have played better with one arm tied behind his back than Fromm did yesterday. That was the worst QB performance at Georgia since at least the 2015 Alabama game.

I was surprised that they didn’t have anything scripted for Fields on like the second or third drive.

Honestly! I think Smart is too loyal to Jake and his family from when he recruited Fromm. I think he's terrified of a QB controversy and Fields possibly taking that job over. That's why he hasn't give Fields a legitimate shot. I honestly didn't expect that from Smart.

Maybe Fields won't perform well, but he had nothing to lose yesterday by finding that out, and he wouldn't even put Fields in the game when it had already been decided. We did score the only meaningful TD of the game with Fields in. Nobody should say that Fromm shouldn't start at Florida. However, when Fromm stinks as bad as he did yesterday, and he suffers no consequences, you have to wonder what the hell Smart is thinking.

Notre Dame was undefeated and they still changed QBs. Clemson had a starting QB who had led them to the playoffs. They still made the change. Smart is too scared to do that.

The QB position doesn't look good unless the "team" plays well. UGA was overmatched in every facet of the game. It wasn't Fromms fault. LSU was a much better football team, and Georgia got exposed. Don't blame Fromm for how poorly Kirby has that team prepared to play.

Kirby is 0-3 vs the West on the road now. It's clear yall will never win a big game vs a full strength real contender. Kirby is not a gameday coach. He needs to stick to tweeting sixteen year old kids on the recruiting trail.

I'm not surprised that a stupid hick gump made the most clueless post. Nobody asked you for shite. If we want shite from you, we will squeeze your head.

That sounds like so many Alabama fans last year supporting Hurts.

That's silly trash talk and undermines any reasonable point you could make. In any event, UGA fans are really the only fans with any skin in this game.

This. The UGA board is trying to avoid the possibility that maybe, just maybe, Kirby is fricking this up.

They rained downvotes

Like I said, Fields has more upside. Let the kid learn on the fly. A few days alot of UGA posters were laughing now they are backtracking on their own board.

Light years more upside. The kid should have had more meaningful snaps and series up until now.

My thought is that Fromm is not consistent enough to warrant being the starter over a high upside guy like Fields any longer. Not sure what has happened but Fromm has regressed considerably from the back half of last year to now. This isn't just based off his bed shitting against LSU.

I always find this question laughable. I’ll start by saying Fromm did not play well yesterday at all. However, everyone thinks their backup QB is the best player on the team. Fields has talent but has never consistently thrown on an Sec defense. So should he come in and start against LSU or Florida? Not a good idea in my opinion. Uga fans keep blaming Fromm and not the fact that the offensive and defensive line got dominated. The defensive line has been a big letdown all year not generating pass rush or consistently stopping the run. That’s where championships are won.

I agree with this statement but my perspective goes well beyond your basic but astute observation.

Fromm quite simply is not tough enough to play QB for the Georgia football team that I envision. I want a QB like Baker Mayfield who plays aggressively with passion. I want a gritty QB who is willing to take a hit and pick up a first down when the chips are down with powerful determination. Fromm showed me yesterday the his is not that guy but I have seen timid fearful symptoms in other games. In short, I think Fromm got his bell run a few times last season and now he is playing scared. Some players have the quickness and presence of mind to know how to avoid a direct hit; Fromm does not. It remains to be seen whether Justin Fields can be the kind of QB I want at Georgia.
In contrast, Joe Borrow, with limited talent, proved that he is a tough QB who plays all out for his team. /respect

Who is this "we" dick lick? The guy expressed an opinion and as usual you you threw up on yourself. Truth is Kirby and crew got out coached by a south La career assistant. Who is also a career and unapologetic coonass. And Orgeron said as much after the game. "We gave 'em some shite (my word) they were not ready for"...Biggest clodfish move was not having Fields ready to go into the game as a game changer if your plan was failing, which it was. Put the kid in and tell him to go for it toward the goal line. Oh and the gump schooled you on his take. Fromm was pressured and his receivers were pressed hard by terrific athletes. And he was not going to look good. So KS should have had a plan B since he had one standing on the sideline with him.

I hope Fields transfers...they obviously don’t believe in him after letting that trashy effort go on for the entirety...he deserves better
