After the word after practice today sounds like it is minor, but any chance they rest him?

I would think it is business as usual, but Saban been adamant about playing Hurts as much as possible.

The way our defense is playing, I don't know that we can afford to rest him.

Yeah people being annoyingly mysterious about it on twitter. Such as "hearing things about tua..." sheesh just say it don't try and spread panic.

Christopher Walsh ? @WritingWalsh 16m16 minutes ago More A quick add to the practice report on something I should have had in there, Tua Tagovailoa did have on a knee brace, but didn't appear limited.

He started limping this past week after one of those idiotic QB run plays that I've been saying are idiotic.

The brace was put on during the game at some point.

Stop. Running. The. QB.

I don't think we should panic, but this is the injury that happened at Ole Miss and they said it was cramps.

They took him into the tent during the second quarter and put the brace on during halftime

Didn't Tue switch to a new-style black brace during the Arkansas? I think it was after a QB run play (I'd really like to see those limited to scrambles or at least not into heavy traffic.)

Thanks - just saw your post. Yeah, those QB run plays need to end.

If we hadn’t just given up 31 to Arkansas, I don’t think we’d all be so hypersensitive over Tua’s leg.

Since one of you texted me about it specifically to ask: Tua Tagovailoa was wearing a brace on his right knee at practice. Pictures from Saturday’s game show he wasn’t wearing one at the start (and I don’t think he’s worn one in other games or practices) but put it on later in the game. I doubt that it’s time to panic. He was going through warm-ups like every other quarterback and wasn’t listed on Nick Saban’s injury report yesterday.
The only difference I saw with Tua was that during a very early warm-up, he was standing up to throw the ball rather than kneeling. We’ll check on this again tomorrow but it doesn’t seem like anything significant at the moment.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — Alabama worked outside Tuesday in its second practice in preparation for Saturday’s homecoming game against Missouri. Players were dressed in full pads and practiced under sunny, 85-degree weather. Here are some notes from the media viewing period.

— Tua Tagovailoa continues to wear a brace on his right knee and did not kneel with the rest of the quarterbacks during the first part of the viewing period. Despite the slight limitation, Tagovailoa is moving around well and doesn’t appear affected by the brace.

What would the headlines read if Belichick started running Tom Brady off-tackle four or five times a game ?

I think that shite might cause a riot. I'm not kidding

The RB's cant get enough touches to keep everyone happy, and the OC is using up snaps running the Heisman leading, future first round pick QB instead of giving those runs to the RB's who are basically collecting dust. You cant make this shite up.
