Ok - I think most of us assumed that we would be 2-2 after the first 4 games, however I think for the most part we have been plenty pleased with our level of play. What's your thoughts on the remaining 8 games.

I still think it's 5-3 with an outside shot of 6-2. But even with our losses, I think we will be more competitive. Losses to AU and LSU with a surprise in there that might have a few people on here melting.

Auto Wins: UAB, Arkansas (2-0)

Likely Wins: Ole Miss (1-0)

Toss Ups: UK, MSU, USCe, Auburn, LSU (3-2)

Likely Losses: none

Auto Losses: none

I think our most likely scenario is 8-4 (5-3). Both 9-3 (6-2) and 7-5 (4-4) are in play. 10-2 (7-1) & 6-6 (3-5) are on the table, but very unlikely. I don't think 5-7 or worse is realistically possible. You can basically normal curve it around 8-4 with a slight skew towards the more wins.

6-2.

There is not a game left on our schedule that I expect to lose. (Note that I did not say that I expect to go 8-0 the rest of the way!)

7-1. We are finally setup to beat LSU, but will probably lose another along the way.

IMO, UK doesn't match up well against A&M. They won't be able to run the ball, and Terry Touchdown is more of a runner than passer.

Ole Miss is the best match up against us between the mississippis and UK, but they are the worst team..

Im not sure what to think, we could lose or win all 3.

Why anyone would predict that we lose in Jordan-Hare Stadium is beyond me.

While this is true on UK, I still hold we will drop one of those 3 games.

We won at JHS under rumlin. I don’t trust streaks through coaching changes.

But we do have Jimbo now. And all signs point to Jimbo not liking Gus one bit.

Jimbo accused Malzhan's 2013 team of using illegal linemen downfield the entire season and getting away with it. Then after the 2014 championship, Jimbo hinted that Malzhan was stealing signs during the first half of the game. Y'all remember how they started using towels to cover signs after halftime and then took the lead + victory?

Boys, we may have ourselves a true coaching rivalry .

9-3 is what I expect.
11-2 If Jimbo is worth his salt.

We're talented enough to run the table from here, but we'll drop a close game to somebody. Likely LSU or Auburn. Our execution isn't there yet.

We're thin at a couple positions. If we can stay healthy, we've got the horses. If we don't, it could be a very different story.

Meh preseason expectations shouldn’t count. If they did then Sumlin would still be our coach.
