Yes it is. I go to school at CSU.
Arkansas should very easily cover. After witnessing in person what Hawaii and CU did to the Rams, this isn't going to be close.

It seats 36,000. I bet we bring at least 10,000 fans, if not more. Tickets have been easy to get.

Buy it down to Arkansas -12.5. CSU defense about as tough as wet paper so if there is any team that could help jumpstart the Hogs run game with their suckiness, it will be Saturday. Arkansas wins by 27-31.
