Trolling and disparaging aside, how do you think LSU stacks up against Miami?

Miami will score first and tigers will have to play chase the leader all night.

I honestly assume it will be a good game. Neither team impressed me last season, but there is a ton of talent on both.

No one has seen your team this year—makes it tough to say.
Isn’t Miami favored by about 3 points?
Vegas is usually pretty good about that stuff; but I wouldn’t be surprised if LSU won.

Really looking forward to watching the game.

I think Miami will win, it’ll be as close as the spread says it will. I stayed away from putting money on this game because LSU is such a huge unknown right now. They lost a TON of starters and have a coaching staff stuck in 1996. However, they have a ton of talent and Cajun voodoo so I’m taking a wait and see approach.

I see a game similar to Auburn's yesterday with Miami coming out on top y less than 6.

If the LSU folks are right about Steve Ensminger, then I think without a true bell cow at RB, the Miami defense could have a good day vs an inexperienced QB they dont have to stack the box against.

Think its a close game but I think Miami wins by a TD

Crazy to see how LSU struggling with Canada last year and him lighting it up on his own. Will it be any different this year? Ed still pissing off his coaches? Maybe not yet, we will see.

Vegas is really good about this stuff halfway into the season. I make more money betting lines in the first half of the season than I do the second half when there’s so much more data.

I think it's a pretty even matchup. Could go either way.

I got LSU 20 Miami 17

I'm pulling for you guys tonight. If you want an unbiased opinion, LSU needs to settle in and establish the run first. I think it would dangerous to put Burrow in obvious passing downs early in the game.

I suspect it comes down to the LSU Defense being able to frustrate Miami and creating turnovers. Field position will be big in this game. LSU needs short drives if the offense is to be successful.

Evenly matched teams. Could go either way. I would be more confident if Les was coaching because he was money OOC

Everyone talks about LSU's offense, but Im not sure how Miami will score. It will probably be close all game and I think LSU will win, and it will bascially be a home game for them.

I don't have a clue. I've heard from some LSU fans that there are certain position groups who could really struggle this year and I've heard from others that the team is loaded across the board.

Miami looks to have good talent but they faded badly down the stretch last year. Is that play the norm for the program or was it an outlier?

I turned out to be way off on thinking that Washington would collapse in the second half against Auburn so I'm going to reserve judgment on this one until its in the books.

We need our defense and special teams to put our offense in reasonable field position and a couple times give us great field position. Let our offense and burrow gain some confidence . . If our defense is really that good and can do that. We will win .

Ok, it’s along the lines of what most people are expecting which is a close game but nobody really knows. I also think Miami is as much an unknown as LSU.

Objectively I am going to enjoy the game.

I’ll probably enjoy the melt even more, though.
