Clemson. And it's not even close.

Unlike Highlander, there can be more than 1 in this instance
I am gonna go Bucknuts at the top because they go back so far. Lot of the ACC did not get froggy till they went to 12 teams as most of their history they were clearly the red headed stepchild. I mean who cared about ACC football before Miami and Free Shoes joined?

Clemson
Oklahoma
Florida State
Those are probably the biggest contenders in order, just because of geography.
The Big Ten teams don't exactly envy the SEC, their hate doesn't really stem from a place of envy, they are too far away from SEC country to want to be an SEC program.

you might want to check OU's record against the SEC in the last couple of years. Hell.....do it all time if you want.
Oklahoma is 7-4 this century against the SEC and 14-8-2 all time
pretty damned impressive, but not a huge surprise, as the Sooners are easily a top 10 all time program, and maybe even top 5
but you DID lose the one you cared about the most...

The more important the game, the more likely OU has been to lose to the SEC.
Beating scrub arse Tennessee teams in the regular season or Shula's Alabama teams isn't anything to crow about
Their best SEC wins have been Sugar Bowl games over Alabama/Auburn, a major bowl game against a good opponent, but with absolutely no championship stakes.
Every single postseason game they've played against the SEC with championship consequences at stake they've lost.

Oklahoma is 0-3 vs. the SEC in championship opportunities:
2004 Sugar Bowl to LSU, 14-21
2009 BCSNCG to Florida, 14-24
2018 Rose Bowl to Georgia, 48-54
The overall winning record doesn’t matter much to me when the 0-3 Record above says all I need to know.

Too bad Lincoln can't help a Heisman trophy winning QB beat a lowly freshmen from Houston County, Georgia.

Clemson is so jelly of SEC it ain't even funny. It's like AAA baseball vs Majors

I feel like people are sleeping on Tiger High. Memphis is undoubtedly an SEC city, in the heart of SEC country, and the city’s school counts its biggest football achievements as beating the Manning brothers and beating 2015 Ole Miss. Now that Memphis is a halfway decent G5 program, there’s a lot of really underrated regional envy, to the point that plenty of fans and local media think Norvell didn’t go to the SEC because he has a “better situation” in the Liberty Bowl
But lol it’s Clempson or the Sooners
