With that OOC schedule it will be tough to be less than 6-6.

There a plenty of playmakers and skill players on our roster. We have higher rated quarterbacks than most teams. It will come down to how fluid this team is and how well they are prepared. I think we will surprise some people. With that said, the results might not show it. We were honestly a few points away from teams in the last few years under Bert. We will be faster, more agressive and simply have no where to go besides up.

I am a big fan of "The Chad" as we used to call him at Clemson. If Dabo ever left Clemson I would put him at the top of the call list (and Venables) to take over. He is the architect of Clemson's very successful offense and I think CCM will have a better-than-expected season at Arky this year IF he has a decent QB.

Aside from the expected wins, I feel confident that Arky will steal a few wins from programs that aren't expected. I could see a win over someone like Texas A & M as their asses will still be burning from the beat down Clemson will be putting on them.

Later in the year as this team gets more used to this offense is when the payoff will occur. I am good for 8 wins.

Hayden and Whaley at RB, Cornelius at WR. Hammonds who is a bit of scat back. Pulley and Ramirez in the secondary. Harris at LB and Agim on the D line. Fordholt on the O line. It's not a ton of talent but the cupboard is far from bare.

Depends on QB play. If we get a serviceable quarterback, we could win 8 games.

You don’t have a QB yet?
We have plenty of them now. Give us a call and we can work something out.

LB Dre Greenlaw - 4 year starter and had over 100 tackles last year.

LB De'Jon Harris - 2nd in the SEC in tackles last year with 155.

RB T.J. Hammonds - 4* scat back that Bielema underutilized, averaged 8.2 YPC last year.

DE Dorian Gerald - #1 rated JUCO DE that could make an immediate impact on the DL

DL McTelvin Agim - Big time recruit coming into college, played both DE and DT. Going back to the 4-3 could help him. Another underutilized player by Bielema.

WR Jared Cornelius- Missed most of last year with a torn achilles, was our best WR going into the year.

CB Ryan Pulley - Missed all of last year with a torn pec, was our best CB and one of the best in the SEC going into the year.

RB Chase Hayden - Was our best RB last year as a freshman until he broke his leg midway through the year. One of the top rated all-purpose backs in high school.

Not saying we'll win 10 games or anything, but the roster isn't completely devoid of talent. 247 ranked all of the teams talent-wise last year and we were around 22nd.

FatBert gone.

POS Long gone.

Addition by subtraction. Morris will beat the fAggies and make a minor bowl in year 1.

5 wins at the bottom of the SEC West. The roster is just completely different than what Chad needs for his system.

With that said I expect them to improve next year and surprise some people in his third year.

Chad is like an amazing Nascar driver who has to try to win Nascar with a monster truck because that is all the last guy left in the garage.

Eh I doubt that. Unless we go like 2-10 he gets a pass for this year IMO.

I want to say 7-5, more likely 6-6

I’m not big on Cole Kelley

I expect to struggle. To be honest, Bert actually left us talent to work with at most positions. For some reason, outside of his first couple of classes, Bert did a piss poor job of recruiting OL. That's what's going to destroy us this season. Even if Aggy Chad pieces together a decent starting 5, there is no real depth on the OL. Offense will have to get the ball in play real fast.

We have some quality starters scattered around on defense. Depth and an inconsistent offense will probably take a big toll on them.

Also, Chad didn't sign any impact OL in his first class. I know he didn't have time to do it. So far, it looks like we're whiffing on our best OL targets in this class too. If we don't find some men to fight in the trenches soon then we will struggle for a while. On a side note, Chad is recruiting better overall in this class. I think he is going to be a good coach. Definitely better than Bert.
