All les had to do was hire a good OC and stay out of the way. He didn’t, and that’s why he’s gone. Saban evolved on offense, which is why he’s still successful with modern offenses.

Well, maybe he should or shouldn't been fired, all water under the bridge now. He sure was entertaining and I was hoping UT would hire him, just so I could watch his press conferences, and his on field antics.

They could have suspended him for a couple of games, then brought him back with the stipulation he hires a OC and lets him coach.

It is my theory that Les Miles became sick of Joe Alleva. He didn't change the offense because he wanted Alleva to fire him. He wasn't going to resign and give up his buyout money.
