Word around town is, he ate so much kitty this off-season that the coaches aren't allowing him to go to Bogies anymore.

Javon Kinlaw ... Jr DLineman. Lost 15 pounds since the Outback Bowl. Is down to 298 with only 14% body fat which is phenomenal for a 6-6 DLineman. Ran a 4.66 40.
Also, cudos to our entire OLine. Every single one of them added muscle and dropped fat. A couple of them gained weight in the process, two actually lost weight but are still over 300 pounds.
Big 6-4.5 Sophmore WR Or'tre Smith gained 7 pounds since the end of season (up to 232) but dropped his body fat down to 12% and shaved .12 of a second off of his 40 time down to 4.52 while adding 35 pounds to his bench up to 315. Hurst rubbed-off on him.
Shamiek Blackshear RJr DE 6-5 275 added muscle and 8 pds since the end of the season and dropped his 40 time down to 4.58.

Elijah Holyfield has gained some muscle.

but...now. Now, he's got rock-HARD abs. when he's in the weight room, I can tell that he's gotten stronger with how the sweat glistens off his growing biceps. There's never a day that he's not completely WET. Drenched I tell you!

I am up 15 pounds but should be able to get it off before season.

Looks like the pic has been stretched a bit. The size of the helmet gives it away for me.

Looking things up, which isn't easy to find details.... The LSU QB is taking in 1,300 calories just in breakfast... and is eating 7 times per day.
Still not gaining enough weight, but is putting some on.
A WR at Ms St has put on 20 pound of muscle and is in single digit BF. 6'5 and is running 4.4....
Anybody else got anything to add?
