Some of the walk-on's probably are better passers than Hurts.

If hurts transfers and we lose tua to any extended injury we are up shite creek next year.

Yes. He will back up Tua this year. I was there today and Hurts looked really bad, even in warm ups. He's done I hate to say.

He should seriously consider a position switch like Braxton Miller did at Ohio State. Hurts is a good enough athlete to be an impact slot receiver

He'd be great at WR or possibly even RB if he put on some pounds. His tenacity and ability to scramble is outstanding.


Nothing would give me greater pleasure than if our first TD of the 2018 season was a 40 yard bomb from Tua to Jalen.

There is no guarantee that he would start as a slot receiver. We are talented in the receiving department. Not sure he would see the field very much.
