Najee still has a season or two left and he has flashed great ability but he had periods where he disappears. Maybe the light comes on for him and he lives up to his potential. So far, it would be unfair to call him a bust but it would be an untruth to say he’s been as good as advertised. I’d take Baby Rhino over him all day long.

Saw that a respected OSU insider just put in a CB for Hill back to Michigan.

What the hell?

Did he give an explanation as to why?

Sanders film looks like he is a lot more elusive than Harris. His lower body is thick but to me he looks more like Jacobs than any of the backs on our roster . Good receiver too

Cam screwed himself by going to FSU.

Yeah he did.

And most of you know he's from my hometown in Mississippi.

Some guy for Ohio State looks like he swapped his pick from Alabama to Michigan just now?

I'm guessing he just made a mistake.

Maybe that rivalry runs so deep that he just wants to piss off some Michigan people.

It sucks to see him be wasted at FSU. He could have been so good here, IMO.

I wouldn't think it is a mistake (it obviously could be). He has a pretty good reputation as a recruiting guy for the midwest.

I don't see an explanation on his twitter or website he works with (lettermanrow). Could be something where he has a gut feeling or has spoken to teammates/coaches.

But I will say he is one of the better OSU insider guys

The dude is only 60% accurate. Not to confident.

He usually doesn't flip his CBs last minute like other experts. He just sticks to his guns and doesn't throw out a CB for 100 guys

Is Akers considering transferring? He’s wasted at FSU and that’s not gonna change. He’d be better off back at home with missStake.

Rivals Rankings Week: Who should be the top WR in 2020?

quote:

During rankings meetings, not everyone agrees on everything. In this version of Rivals Views, National Recruiting Director Mike Farrell and Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Analyst Adam Friedman debate who should be the No. 1 receiver in the country.

FARRELL'S VIEW

It was a very tough call between Rakim Jarrett and Julian Fleming, as they are only separated by two spots in the Rivals100, and it was a toss-up as to who would be No. 1. I like Jarrett a lot. He’s added weight and strength since last season and he’s a dynamic kid after the catch, but Fleming is taller, bigger and more physical, so he could make a great case for No. 1. He’s very fluid, he’s a red-zone matchup nightmare and his body control for a bigger receiver is off the charts. This will be a debate that rages on throughout the rankings process for the class of 2020, and both receivers are worthy of the fifth star they earned.

Holy shite, did Georgia really make a run at our kicker from Hoover too? I just saw a tweet by Bone.

If so, then Kirby is really just trying to piss Saban off. That Championship loss has really stung

Najee was overrated as the #2 overall recruit and #1 RB (or #2) but he's still been really good. If you had to re-rank I'd say Taylor, Etienne, and Swift would all be above Najee and Cam based on how they've played to this point.
problem with Najee is he is really slow. And doesn’t have great burst either. He has good athleticism and will punish you but he just isn’t very dangerous to break one. Hopefully he breaks out next year.

FRIEDMAN'S VIEW

Jarrett got the edge over Fleming, but it wasn't by much. The star out of Washington (D.C.) St. John’s is a route-running technician with great speed in small spaces and in the open field. The physical development Jarrett showed this year was outstanding. He is pushing 6-foot-1 now and has packed on a lot of muscle on his frame without losing any athleticism. Defensive backs can no longer jam him at the line of scrimmage with ease, and he does a great job with the ball in his hands after the catch. St. John’s played some of the best teams in the country this year, but that didn’t stop Jarrett from being able to score from anywhere on the field. His knack for making big plays in big games against elite opponents really helped set him apart from the other wide receivers.
