Curious what the controlled substance is and how much of it was intended for intent to deliver in his possession.

Is Arkansas decriminalized for Marijuana? I remember dealing with kids that got caught for possession and even if it was 1g they still got a charge/entered in NCIC/FBI database.

Yes a Schedule VI controlled sustance is almost always going to be marijuana. LINK

Possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance with intent to deliver is usually going to be some class of felony but if the amount is small enough (14 grams or less) it would be classified as a misdemeanor just like simple possession of marijuana which is a misdemeanor. LINK

Policemen just enforce the laws passed by Congress, don’t like the law then get it changed but don’t complain about enforcement of it.

So Arkansas isn't decriminalized yet. Figured that would be in motion when they were pushing for med & recreational.

There was no overall decriminalization of marijuana. What the amendment did was make it legal under state law to possess it provided you have a valid medical authorization/license. This would be similar to possession of some other controlled substances like oxycodone and hydrocodone and has been for some time which can be possessed and used by a person if they have a valid medical prescription. But if you don’t have a valid medical authorization then you cannot legally possess it.

Beyond that you can’t (unless you are a medical provider, licensed dispensary, licensed caregiver, etc.) legally possess controlled substances with the intent to deliver them, or deliver them, or manufacture or engage in the trafficking of them. LINK

I love them.

After going years without being pulled over, I’ve been pulled over twice in the last 5 days. Zero tickets. #LiciousPrivilege

Full disclosure: first time going 10 over, 2nd time for a headlight out even tho it’s not out (either he’s blind or there’s a short in it or something and it comes on and off, I’ve looked had others look and it’s on so I don’t know about all that)

Shame on you assuming a link between what the people of Arkansas want and what the Arkansas legislature has the balls to vote for
