Aubies melted pretty hard after the LSU loss. There were at least 3 pron bombs
Yeah I'd say the Auburn loss to LSU was best while LSU's loss to Troy was the biggest by sheer numbers. Tennessee's entire season however, has been the most entertaining by far.

My biggest melt in a long while.

The collateral of that melt was off the charts

If I'm casting a vote though I'd lean towards this one.

In a season of truly fantastic melts, this one was extra gooey.

The Schiano fiasco overshadowed the Bama loss.
Arguably the top melt of the year

LSU fans over Deeprig's weekly Chubb/Guice thread
So great. But it was under the radar in a way. I would forget about it until rig posted each Monday, and I would always get sucked in.

Chip "done deal" Kelly & UF
My personal favorite. Has that GatorBait POS posted anything else since then? He went all in on his "source" to build some cred and it blew up spectacularly. "CHIP KELLY HAS SIGNED TO BE THE 27th HEAD COACH OF THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA. LET's FRICKIGN GOOOOOOOOOOO!"

AU post LSU was much worse.

Its the classic argument over Best vs Deserved. While I think the Troy melt may deserve it, if only for full season staying power, I firmly believe the Tennessee Tire Fire is Best Melt.

But then the argument needs to shift to was it the Rant UTk fans melting that hard, or just UTk fans on the internet in general?

As much as UGA fans want it to be true, a big brother doesn't have fewer national titles. You aren't AU's big brother.

How do you include Chip Kelly/UF but not the ongoing UT meltdown?

1957 and 2010
vs.
1942 and 1980...
I don't math regularly, but I'd say that's a tie.... But thanks for making the melt case for Auburn post SECCG

I felt bad for Tennessee fans in a way. Will add since there has been a strong showing of support.

There is no greater melt than an LSU melt

I guess you missed the LSU melt over Bama in the playoffs.

Still a fresh melt, and then we would have had 3 LSU centric melts which would be unfair.

I was about to say this one as well.

Not true. They were all pretty happy with only losing by 14 to Bama. Really they are better than Bama, just missed a few big plays due to not having good enough players. Other than that, better than Bama. They comin. Our fear is palpable.

I'm going with Tennessee here. It's the gift that keeps on giving.
