As the regular season and conference championships have come to a close around the country, we have all been witnesses to a great season of college football. From the stunning upsets, to the massive blowouts, it has truly been one for the books.
The season has been full of many great melts by many a SEC fanbase. The Melties goal is simply to provide some hardware to tRant fanbase who lost their shite the hardest in the wake of tragedy. Now on to the nominees...
UGA/Alabama Post Auburn loss
What more needs to be said? Auburn was able to knock-off both their big brothers from the top spot in the country in convincing fashion. Truly a run for the ages that got many a Georgia and Bammer fans riled up.

Auburn following the SEC championship
UGA couldn't have gotten 23 points better. KJ was gonna play. Stidham could do no wrong. The UGA lines had no balls and no talent. The Barn was heading to its first CFP and was going to use a main rival as the launching board...Until the short bus crashed.
LSU fans over Deeprig's weekly Chubb/Guice thread
Probably the greatest tradition of this season. Truly a remarkable thread that delivered every week and that helped severe the tenuous alliance between LSU and UGA fans. The Chubb vs. Guice debates will live on in internet history, but not so much in the SEC record books.

Lsu fans melt is number one lmao after losing to troy! With the war peacocks a close second following the sec title. They were sure they were going to the national title and that Stidham was thier savior.

I’m voting for Tennessee trying to hire Greg Schiano. That melt turned into a revolt in Knoxville and an AD getting canned.

The real melty is if uga wins a national championship and it removes Auburn’s last shred of credible shite taking they can muster to a UGA fan. Us winning it all would literally be the worst thing that could happen to an auburn fan who likes to talk shite.

Melting is when you lose to LSU after being up 20 points… when you have 12 coaches turn you down… when you're 4-6, fire coach with 3 or 4 games to go and don't go to a bowl… When your coach is fat and loses all the time, not losing the SEC championship game to a good team. Disappointed? Yes. Melt? No.
