"Until I started talking to Scott Woodward and he kept talking to me about the things he had planned for A&M and the challenges he wanted us to take on like we did at LSU"

Thank you Scott!

I had no plans to leave until I started talking to the AD at another school about their vacant HC position.

Never had any plans to leave before talking with A$M.

That's pretty mean towards LSU. I don't think that was called for. Do you think Woodward bristled a bit hearing him disrespect his old school like that?

He could have stayed right where he was for $40 million guaranteed.

804 & 190,694 were probably just as much an impact as the $75M.

190,694? Population in the surrounding area that could have gone balls deep into his slut wife.

804? Miles from FSU to A&M campus and the constant reminder that everyone was fricking your wife but you.

My two favorite quotes from the presser.

quote:

We're built on four principles: toughness, effort, discipline and pride. If you're mentally and physically tough, we call that grit. Most successful people have it. It takes effort to be a good person, student and player. It takes discipline to pull those things off too. Sometimes pride has to drive you. On those long days, there has to be a pride in what you do. We want to bring people to Texas A&M that exemplify these qualities. We have to have a oneness, but we also have to be great individually. There's an "I" in win. We want to have a comprehensive program to develop these men to be the best they can be.

I'm not a very patient guy. It's not about the outcome; it's about the process. If you have the right process, the results will come. It's going to be about the process. As soon as we get that in place, we'll be able to get and sustain the results that we want.

How come? I will never defend Alleva and the current administration, but you don't know what went on. There was an article by an LSU beat reporter that Jimbo had agreed in principle in 2015 then came the whole fiasco with keeping Miles so LSU backed out. He also said both sides never had contact last year. Is this what went on? I don't know but neither do you.

LSU is terribly managed, is being coached by a second straight coach nobody wants. Still easily dominating Aggie. Imagine if we ever get our shite together.

He does come off like a more personable, less whiney Saban.

This has disaster written all over it.

Cannot wait to watch Aggie do Aggie.

They still don't accept they have a serious culture problem.
