All those frickers at Penn State knew, they all covered it up “for the sake of Joe Pa’s legacy and the program “
Multiple child rapes occurred in their athletic buildings and they covered it up
Penn State athletics should have been burned to the ground

So why wasn't Schiano ever implicated in a lawsuit, where the standard of proof is much lower than for a crime?

Penn State alumni are even more disgusting, they will tell you now that joe Pas testimony under oath was just the ramblings of s senile old man and that none of it happened

What standard is there for “knowing and doing nothing?”

The irony in this statement is that the perception and direction of that programs is the polar opposite of UTk's atm. That is how badly the administration in Knoxville is handling this.

Testimony under oath is not a witch hunt

What I wonder is Cutcliffe not interested? Seems to me that would be a decent choice for Tennessee, he has a clean reputation as far as I know and he has done a pretty good job at Duke. Tennessee is at the point where they need to shite or get off the pot.

Right out of the democrat playbook.
Accuse any and everyone who disagrees with you of the most despicable thing you can think of and hope the SJW internet lynch mob destroys their life.

Not hiring someone isn’t “branding them with a Scarlet letter.” It’s not hiring them.

But what if he didn't know?

You don’t even understand what evidence is

I don't think anyone had branded him. He currently is the defensive coordinator for arguably a top 5 football program. They just don't want him to be hired.
