I've got a walther ppk in .32 acp, and it's a really cool gun, but is .32 a little small for conceal carry?

"He got a 32 gun in his pocket fulla fun"...

Serious answer: if Walther, I'd prefer .380 (9mm Kurz), or, in a Walther clone, such as FEG PA-63, (9mm Makarov).

It had a good chance, but was shocked to see the gun in question was a walther. .32 acp guns are known to come from some shitty manufactures. used to be a popular round, its the old .380

Haha yeah, I'm thinking about giving it to my wife. I have a 9mm, but if I had to choose, I guess I'd give her the gun with more stopping power.

The correct answer is to carry whatever gun you're comfortable shooting, regardless of caliber.
I carry a .380. Recently bought a colt new agent 1911 in a 45, won't carry it until I'm comfortable shooting.

.32 is fine most of the time.

.32 is OK. I found that I really won't carry anything that's very heavy and carried a KelTec P32 for several years. Just moved up to a Sig P238 in .380. I really like my Makarov, but it's heavier than I like.

I've got an old Deutsche-Werke .32 auto pistol that was made in 1921.

Personally, I like to get into gun fights before I know what's happening. So I choose the Desert Eagle .50 so I can begin my engagements from really far away. I also prefer to hurl a magazine down range, get to my vehicle and drive to the high ground several hundred meters away and then deploy my rifle and let it rain.

"Any of you boys know your way around a Walther PPK?"

.32 is fine for pocket carry. I've had a P-32 for years with a pocket holster when I'm too lazy to carry my Glock 19.
