If both of y'all have a bad season this year I can see y'all going into the coaching market. So if this happens who would it be? Two people that come to my mind is Steve Sarkesian (if he does well) and Jeremy Pruitt. I think Pruitt would be a good pick as HC, Saban and Quinn see something in Sark so if he does good then he could be lured for a CFB HC job.

A&M could hire almost anybody they'd want to.

Dan Mullen to arky for 2 weeks at 10 million... then he goes to A&M for 15 million. He is the second best coach in college football everyone knows this

Chip Kelly would be an awesome hire but idk if he's keen on coaching CFB again.

Only way CBB is fired is 0-1 wins in conference and only goes 4-8 or worse...Don't see it

When we do part ways with Bielema, I imagine we'll go after a spread coach this time.

Yep, it would take a meltdown of John L. Smith proportions for Bert to get fired after this season. With his buy out we will have him at least until 2018.

Swing for the fences with Kelly. If not then settle on Morris.

I would think this year will certainly be a better year to be on the market than last.

I think Chip Kelly is a no brainer hire if he's an option.

I really like Mike Gundy if he is tired of waiting for Pickens to die.

If Chad Morris is our last option, then I still like our chances for an upgrade over Sumlin. Sumlin's not an X's and O's guy, he's not a grinder on the recruiting trail, he's not a rah rah hype guy or a sweet old (grand) father figure type. He's just a lazy dickhead who has taken credit for other's success and road coat-tails to the easiest retirement in america.

Bert has two more seasons to turn it around due to buyout. If he doesn't, then I hope we take a look at Jeff Brohm if he does well at Purdue.

Bert could tank this season, but still be safe for at least another year. Our dumbbell AD gave Bert a Nick Saban buyout clause. We will have Bert for two more seasons, at least.

And honestly....who can we hire that will do better? Petrino is the only coach that we've had that has put us in the conversation of the elite.

This is the line that Texas also uses. Texas hired Chuck Strong, and A&M hired Sumlin
