Texas A&M A.D. says 8-5 may be exceptable at someplaces but not here. He is full of horse crap they have made finishing 8-5 an art form! Why don't he just say I'm scared to fire Kevin Sumlin!

Sumlins horrible (for tamu) buyout structure is coming to an end a couple seasons iirc. This is a nice shot across the bows to either let him know he needs to get their soon to stay on OR if he doesn't show at least 10-wins this upcoming season it could be what is needed to get boosters to take it into their own hands to raise the buyout amount.
Sumlin totally stayed to long career-wise, and should have went to the NFL with Johnny boy. Financially set no doubt, but peaked out at the higher levels.
