We're trying to patch up another OL this year as well.
You say patch up and i say we're planning on playing our best five that gives us the best chance to win. They could move Golson out to one of the tackles and move Smith back to guard for all i care.
LT-James
LG-Bell
C-Dunn
RG-Smith
RT-Golson

So you assume the two transfers and Darius James are SEC ready.
That is correct. Wilson Bell was a starter at FSU and Dunn is a 2-time FBS All-American. Darius James is a returning starter. PFF seems to think so.

Bell wasn't going to start next year. He only started five last year. Glad we could pull a D2 center though.
Auburn OL is stakt; SEC fukt.

Conveniently leaving out that he started 14 games the year before.

And you conveniently left out he wouldn't be a starter for FSU this year. Anything else, homer?

Agreed but probably for different reasons

Booger has difficulty with being objective. He would have been a good candidate for the cut back.

Preaching to the choir
Auburn wins the nattie, gus lures saban with his manboobs, and then motorboats him at midfield.
nick leaves bama to man the glory hole behind the practice facility at florida atlantic
while joey saltwater takes fau to the playoff where they crush ohio state and don't show up to the final because it's sorority rush at boca community college and the kiff has to lock that down.

That's an interesting take, since most of your defense is still trying to clean the marks of his cleats off their jerseys after last year.

I would say the only major question mark regarding AU and it's starting 22 is will the OTs be able to pass block consistently and a minor question mark is do we have a go to pass rusher. Obviously depth is a question for every team not named Bama and AU's great teams always have backups step up (usually forgotten seniors) and make plays

I also think Stidham's pocket awareness and the timing of the new passing game will help minimize pass blocking errors. He is also a threat out of the pocket which forces teams to spy and only rush four.

If AU is gonna throw more like we all think... OTs gotta step up in pass pro. Pass rush is a concern... and secondary depth... but the pieces are there. Lindsay as a play caller is also something to watch.
This team has plenty of question marks... just like everybody else... just hope Stidham stays healthy.

Now you're overselling Stidham as a runner. Wareaglekk, is that you? Stidham won't be commanding any QB spies.

I love it when Awbun has high expectations. Looking forward to Nov.11.

Here's why AU fans are optimistic. Gus has made several decisions since the end of last season that seem to go against his previous stubborn nature. Looks like he's adapting and growing as a person and coach.
No secret we've had a lot of talent the last few years, but just haven't had a QB and/or play caller to get over the hump.
If Stidham is all he's cracked up to be and Chip is allowed to run his offense, we'll win a lot of games. And if Sean White is healthy, we'll have the best QB depth that we've had in a LONG time. White proved last season that when healthy and with our run game we can beat anyone (look at streak leading up to UGA).

Auburn really won't be doing a ton of just straight drop pack passing though, which should help. Incorporating the RPO will help keep DL from just pinning their ears back and rushing the passer.

Ole trash arse Scarborough would have to battle not to be 4th string at AU. He probably wouldn't be playing offense at all.
2016 Iron Bowl:
Bo S - 17 carries, 90 yards
KJ & KP Combined - 20 carries, 56 yards
So, basically Bo + my elderly grandmother (0 carries, 0 yards) > KJ & KP
