It's amazing how we have all of this talent and can't produce that many runs. Imagine if we had an offense. I usually think about the same thing in football.

I dont follow baseball very close but what happened to Auburn? I know they were kicking arse earlier in the season.

A little case of arm fatigue in their weekend rotation, imo. No surprise and they should be fine with that talent. They do depend on small ball to score so the margin for error is slim. Helluva job by Butch so far

what is amazing is how volatile RPI is this late in the season, one would think enough games have been played to stabilize it a bit.
State dropped from 19 to 26 with a win, I get it was a swac team but 7 spots WTF?

Determined to finish last yet again, at least they give us MS schools someone to laugh at.
Just glad they have lots of TV sets and no will to win.

Your numbers are wrong. The rant told me that LSU is terrible, especially our ability to hit and score runs.

Don't get all caught up in mid week games. If State wins this series this weekend, they will be in the top 15. Mid week games are meaningless.

The midweek game just dropped you 7 spots. How is that meaningless?
Do they mean as much as a weekend series? No, but no one thinks that.

we are really, really awful.
Looking at this I can't even comprehend how bama could be worse than us.

Well, we finish with 19 out of last 22 ranked top 30 RPI, so we should see a slight migration into last place and miss Hoover again.
On a bright note, we will probably finish top 5 in RPI......SOS

Not caught up in them at all, just surprised that a win drops someone that much with this many games played. RPI usually is highly erratic early and settles out as more games have been played.
State was just the example used as I noticed it of course.
