Writing had been on the wall for months. He (allegedly) got into it with Pete Jenkins and hasn't seen the field since (the last 8 games). Kid has been given every opportunity in the world but still doesn't "get it."

On a side note, always makes you sad when a really talented player cant get their shite together. This goes in the Ryan Perilloux category, although at least Valentine wont set LSU back for years at his position.

Hopefully he gets it together and makes a real turnaround in life, bc the LSU staff really tried to help this kid and apparantly he couldn't make it to classes (just rumors) to show his appreciation for his self-claimed beloved second chance.

Eta: was burned out on hearing about his domination and demand for a double team, yet getting disappointed each time.
