Is Gurley a Bust? He is averaging 1.5 yards a carry

This has been a terrible year for him and the Rams, but is he "all that?" He is good, but not great.

He's averaging more than double that

He plays for the Rams man.

Sure. He's the only offensive weapon the Rams have behind one of, if not the, worst offensive line in the NFL. He has no QB to take the pressure off him.
But sure, let's label last years ROTY a bust.

No he is not a bust. Nor was Ingram or Eddie Lacy. The NFL is not the same as it was before. Nobody cares about the run game any more. It's all about the QB now.

Not a good judge playing on Rams. They have been trailing all year.

Had he played for Bama, he'd be called a bust. Right now, though, he just plays for a bad team.

He's the only person the Rams have. Tough to run when all 11 defenders know you're getting the ball.

Sure...he's a bust. Went from ROTY to being a bust and it has nothing to do with playing for one of the worst teams in the league with absolutely no help.

He is averaging 3.3 a carry.

Oh, you mean a fan of another team would talk shite about him even if it's not true, kind of like this thread.

What happened to Pharoh Cooper?

He liked playing in STL more, obvi

Just a bad year for the Rams. He is not a bust. Way too early to call him that

You literally have to google "Todd Gurley stats" and it shows him averaging 3.3 ypc

I had him in a FFB Keeper League this year, he cost me my 5th Rd Pick. I was obviously hoping he was going to perform like a 1st or 2nd Rd pick worthy RB.
Obviously he didn't. However, as far as the value received for my 5th Rd selection, I guess it's ok. Could've been better, could've been worse.
For other people who drafted him in the 1st or 2nd though, he was a complete bust. This is due moreso to his awful OL, OC and QB play than his raw talent though. His OL is the worst OL in the NFL.

RGIII? I really like Gurley, but just because someone wins ROTY before the league has tape on them doesn't mean they can't end up being a bust. That said, I don't think he will be a bust.

Injured in the pre-season and has never really recovered until November. Then everything the OC tried in LA has burnt to the ground. They don't have time to throw him the ball. They can only throw jump ball situations to Britt, Goff doens't have time to go through reads/check-downs.

I think the interesting thing is that if he remains with the Rams, his career could be over before they actually have a decent OL or supporting cast to help him.
