In State's last two games against Samford and Texas A&M, Fits threw for a combined 626 yards and 7 TD passes and ran for a combined 304 yards and 4 rushing TD's. That's 930 total yards and 11 touchdowns. I don't care if one of the teams was Samford, because the other team was one of the best rushing defenses in the country in A&M and Fitz only ran for a modest 182 yards and 2 TD.

Those numbers are XBOXish. On the year to date, Fits has 839 rush yards and 8 TD to go along with 1700 pass yards with 16 TD's and 9 interceptions. He will finish with 2000+ pass yards, 1000+ rush yards and 20+ total touchdowns, and he didn't play in the first game so that will be over only 11 games. Don't be surprised when he is named 2nd team all-SEC QB at the end of the season, and please remember, this guy is only a sophomore.

That's some Jim Jones-esque kool-aid they're passing around in Starkville today. I just hope no family or friends I know fall for it. They're good people, they've just been brainwashed by a sociopath.

MSU should be winning more games with a QB who puts up those types of numbers

Your shitting me right? We have had a below average run defense all year, and since Myles has been hurt it has been absolutely terrible.

State always gives Bama a good game but ATM does not have a good rushing defense at all.

It's amazing what kind of stats a team can put up when half their season has taken place during garbage time.

No way Alabama covers the 29 point spread. Usually a close game. I expect a tough outing.

What country would that be in because it certainly isn't the United States.

Prior to MSU,a much healthier aTm defense gave up 236 yards rushing to Auburn, 282 to Tennessee, and 287 to Alabama.

Kid is good. No doubt. Fun to watch him come into his own.

I'm honestly amazed at it. I was done with this kid 6 weeks ago.

Now I'll be damned if Mullen hasn't done it again, he is turning him into a QB. The upside is freakish if he continues to improve. I've never seen a 6'5" white boy that athletic.
