Sadly, the fool that runs that truck stop wont let Tony go anywhere.

Prayers for Tony.

Tony is near the end of his life span as well. Pretty sure he is past the natural life of a wild tiger despite his shite care.

However, sad it is for tony people need to stop with the go get tony stuff. LSU is going to get a cub from a rescue.

How does hospice work for a large predator? Is this some jury-rigged system on campus involving the veterinarians or did they take him to a zoo/habitat with experience in these things?

Look at the markings when he was a kitty. Same exact as an adult. That is pretty cool.

Sorry for your loss, LSU. Beautiful animal.

[quote]I'll accept the down votes but why spend the money for hospice when the poor animal can just be put to sleep painlessly[/quote

i agree, but i'm pretty sure all that money is from donations.

Heartbreaking news. What a life he's had though with his LSU family.

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise tigers at their end know dark is right,
Because their roars had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.
