Rashaan Evans. Dad played at the barn and low class barners boycotted his business when he committed to Bama.

The Manning's were not fans of both Brewer and Tuberville. Eli wasn't totally solid to Ole Miss until Cutcliffe came on board immediately after Tubs climbed out of the pine box and darted for Auburn.

I hope we catch lightning in a bottle with Baby Biscuit. He's not really highly rated right now, any idea why?

Not really the same thing, but heard Johnny Majors say in an interview that he wanted to play for Georgia Tech but didn't qualify academically so went to Tennessee.

I feel like maybe I hit the hook a little too well here. Not gonna lie, was kinda hoping for like a million downvotes for pointing out that Alabama missed out on a legacy future-Groza Award kicker of all things

Is that what they use for the breakfast chicken minis at Chik Fil A? I love those things.

Daniel Carlson. According to an NBCSports radio interview he grew up in a big Alabama family - his dad played tennis at Bama, and his mom and grandparents went there as well.

His grandfather is also a HUGE Bama fan. Daniel grew up in Colorado Springs (I think) and has a younger brother kicking in HS there now. The grandfather really wants the kid to go to Bama, but he's been to AU to watch his brother play so many times that he's fallen in love with the place so you'll probably get little brother Carlson too. (damn it)
