I feel sorry for the kid, he'll never know what winning a national title is like, never know what playing in the SEC championship game feels like, or even know what it's like to run without 9 guys in the box.
LSU has ranked as badly as Air Force, Navy, and Army for 6 out of 7 years in passing.
LSU is the equivalent of a service academy. Leonard Fournette deserves better.

Kid could have gone down as the GOAT RB in college football if he had came to Alabama.
Now he will just be remember as another good SEC RB

Sad but true. You know the kid regrets not choosing Alabama.

Nah...he will probably crush most records in the sec..then get drafted top 5 overall and go on to make millions. I have a hard time feeling sorry for him. I feel sorry for myself though for having a handicap man as my coach. My sister is handicap and i love her to death but she couldn't coach my football team.

It was like that when he committed to LSU. I don't understand why all these good Arabs and WRs go to LSU and play in a offense with no QB.

Its really just the luck of birth. Unfortunatly, he was born/raised in that .... uhhhh.... environment and grew up a tiger fan. Thus, he was doomed from birth.
Quite sad actually.

Not having all those nice things wrecked Barry Sanders...

I feel sorry for the WRs and TEs. At least LF gets the ball 25+ times a game and gets his yards. Our WRs and TEs are out there running around all day - they have to know that Harris is incapable of getting the ball to them more than a couple of times per game.

Let Fournette serve as an example to future 5* recruits from LA when trying to decide between LSU and Bama.

Do you really think NFL athletes sit around and mope about things that occurred in the previous level?

Should've come to Alabama. The joke is on him. This would've been his year and he could be the Heisman candidate he deserves to be. Bad decision on his part, he'll never beat Alabama either.

Dupre is the best in the SEC and he only gets to catch a couple of jump balls a game. frick him though. Louisiana kids aren't that bright just look at Cam or Hootie.

You know what, I read this like a troll post at first but it's so true. You have to appreciate that he loves LSU. It wasn't a business decision for him, there was no where else he would have played. That being said, I made a post a while back praising your former players being a who's who of talent in the NFL. I love Bama's pros but no team has put more quality defensive players in the league than LSU in the last 15 years. Nothing lasts forever though and unless that staff can fix that offense you will see many of those great LA players heading to greener pastures. Playing for LSU doesn't hurt their draft spots too much but A winner always wants to win and that's not something LSU can promise any more.
