I didn't know we lost an SEC game yesterday. As far as I know we are all 0-0 in SEC play champ!

Fournette is going to come close to breaking some long time sec records and will be the highest drafted running back since AP

It's hard to say he made a bad decision and we should feel sorry for him

Looking at Lynyrd on the sideline yesterday, you could see that thought circling around in his Buga brain..."I coulda gone to Bama and been a contenda."

Sad, really.

Really is sad. You just stop and think about it and it's like...damn. Seems like a good kid and I really hate it for him. Just can't help but wonder what might have been if he had chosen to play at a better program.

How true. It's unfortunate Fournette had to sacrifice himself so that others who follow make the wiser decision---but he can always look back
with satisfaction, knowing he played a part in
future Bama stars from Louisiana.

Can't argue with the truth. He'd have 1-2 NC's, 2-3 SEC Championships, & a Heisman when he left bama. The facts are he puts up beastly #'s in a shite offense with no passing threat, a weak o-line, against defenses stacking the box & knowing he's coming at them; imagine what he could do on an offense with a passing game & a good o-line.
I'm still glad he stayed home & I get to see him on purple & gold but it's a shame for him.

He wanted to play for his home state and for a player's coach as opposed to playing for a coach that had a much greater chance at winning a natty or two during his 3 years in school.
